2026 Pig Roast and Human Scrifice

This year is the FINAL and 50th Pig Roast event.  We are hoping to make this a great big reunion for all the past honorees and our friends to celebrate 50 years of this fun tourney and feast.

The Pig Roast has been a great time for years – celebrating sports, but most importantly the friendships that have begun through those sports and lasted for years.  It is like having a big family and friends reunion once a year.  We’ve all gotten older and it is not quite the rowdy event of the past, but still filled with good food, good drinks and good friends.

The paddleball portion of the tourney will be Friday, August 28th   from noon till 5 at the YMCA in Kalamazoo MI.  The pickleball portion will be Saturday, August 29th at the Friendly Pickle (about 15 minutes north of Kalamazoo).  Both tourneys have limited availability due to courts and this being a one-day event for each sport, so please enter early.

There will be a get together Friday evening to do the draw for the pickleball event (details to follow)

Following the pickleball tourney on Saturday we will have a pig roast and a chance to catch up with friends in Andy Kasalo’s back yard.

If you would like to play in either event contact Matt Kollig at (269) 615-0454 or email him at mkollig@hotmail.com

If you are not playing, but plan to come to mingle with friends at the Roast you can contact Matt at the info above or email Lorri and the above address letting us know how many will be coming so that we can plan for food and drinks (the cost for the Roast only is $10 per person).  We already have confirmations from friends who have moved away but plan on flying in for this special Roast!

We really hope to see you all.  Please spread the word to all you know who have attended past Roasts (or just want to attend this one) so that we can have a great event.

Looking forward to seeing you all.

Andy, Andy, Lorri & Matt
