                        $79 + tax (single or double); includes: airport/club shuttle, full breakfast,

                        drink coupons…make reservation early to assure tourney rate.  5 min to club.

RULES:       NPA    Drop down in skill level events (1^st/2^ndround losers);

                        or, round robin format.

                        Matches are 2 out of 3 to 21 pts.; tiebreaker to 11 points.       Gearbox Paddleball

AWARDS:        Plaques for 1^st& 2^ndplace in all divisions with 8 or more teams.

                        Prize money ($1000 total purse) for Open/A     **   based on 8 or more teams.

                        Payout is for 1^st, 2^nd, and semi-finalists.

WAIVER:         Signed at tournament check-in before 1^stmatch.
