Chad Krager and Dan O’Shea are this year’s Turkey Champs! They defeated Sandy DeGreif and Karl Briggs in the final 20-21, 21-11, 21-14. Krager, DeGreif, and O’Shea are from Bay City, Michigan. Briggs is from Freeland, Michigan. The Champs were each awarded a turkey.
Lance Krager, Jr. (Bay City, MI) and Jim Owens (Ann Arbor, MI) prevailed in the Cape Cod consolation bracket defeating Paul Carr (Lansing, MI) and Doug McIntyre in the final 21-20, 21-7. Krager and Owens were awarded Cornish game hens.
Marty Doyle (Bay City, MI) and Kirk Elsea (Bay City, MI) are the consolation Mashed Potatoes Bowl champs. They defeated Dan Gutzke and Jason Beckers in the final 21-15.
Chad Krager served as the tournament director. Bay City Hall of Famer Randy Wackerle assisted with ground game management. Nancy Powers provided food and drink.
